No, not at all.  We will reflect on how the issues arose but will be focussed on getting you to where you want to be.  Every project will be handled with care and sensitivity.  

That is very much dependent on the amount of items to be organised.  I will be able to provide you with an indication following your free consultation.  Regular progress updates will be provided throughout our work together.  

Customer safety is very important to me and I check on specific needs with every enquiry.  Recommended government measures will be followed and I’ll communicate what those measures will be during our discussion of your requirements.  

Yes, working outside of usual business hours can be arranged. Please contact me to discuss availability and prices.

I generally work within a 20 mile radius of Buckingham.  If you live further afield, please contact me to discuss your requirements.  Mileage rates may apply.  

My aim is to leave your space looking wonderful and feeling calm.  I am not a cleaner but carry basic supplies to wipe/ dust off surfaces/items if necessary.  If a deeper clean is needed I can assist you in finding a professional cleaner.

I do not hold a commercial waste licence but can arrange companies that do to take your rubbish away.  I can take items to charity shops on your behalf, if they are suitable.  Alternatively, you can take your waste items to your local recycling centre.  We can discuss the best plan for your items during your free consultation.
